Ultimate Runner Night

Join us for our annual Ultimate Runner Night!
The Ultimate Runner Night is an age graded and gender graded competition consisting of the following 4 events. All events are run separately but on the same night. At the end of the night, the man and woman with the highest age-graded score are crowned Ultimate Runners!
400 meters
800 meters
1-mile
5K
Results are age and gender graded by calculating the competitor’s age standard as a percentage of the competitor’s time for each event.
The highest average percentage over the 4 events determines the Ultimate Runner.
You can sign-up for the Ultimate Runner at track on Wednesday evenings. There is no entry fee but a run event. Ultimate Runner is only open to Gate City Strider members.
