If that's the case, the Gate City Striders Couch to 5K program is for you. The C25K program is expertly instructed by the Striders' staff. This nine week program will bring you from walking, to jogging, to completing a 5K. Isn't it time you made the commitment to a healthier life style?
This program is ideal for people of all ages. You will start from doing little or no exercise to easing into a running program -- gradually increasing the distance with each workout. If you want to add exercise to your lifestyle, this program will do it.
9 Weeks of Training
This nine-week program will bring you from walking, to running to completing a 5K. The program consists of three workouts per week with coached Wednesday night workouts.
The Program Fee:
$75.00 for the first time participants.
$50.00 for repeat participants.
The program is managed by long-time Gate City Striders member, Hall of Fame runner and coach, George LeCours, and expertly instructed by Striders staff.
The program consists of three workouts weekly. The Wednesday night workouts will be coached.
