Commit to Get Fit Nashua

Join us and Commit to Get Fit in 2021. Our event is planned for Sunday, September 19, 2021 in beautiful Mine Falls Park in Nashua, New Hampshire. We are committing to change our diet and adding more healthy habits over time leading up the the event.

Start a walking program, make healthier food choices, drink more water, and enjoy more time in nature. Studies show that spending time in nature is an antidote for stress, can lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety, enhance immune system function, and increase mood and self-esteem.

Apps like Map My Run and On the Go Map will help you start tracking your miles. Join up with friends, co-workers and family to create your own healthy habit.

All monies raised will go to the Senior Behavioral Health Unit, our brand new state of the art unit which is designed to provide stabilization and individualized care for senior adults in a safe, supportive environment.
