Thursday, Aug 20th 6PM – Pure Barre Foundations Class (Livestream)

Join Pure Barre and fellow GCS’s for a FREE livestream Pure Barre class on Thursday, August 20th at 6PM and learn all about how you can tone and strengthen your legs, core, glutes, hips, and whole body through Pure Barre! The free class is a Foundations class, it is a slower paced class and will go over the basics of Pure Barre and its movements.

There is a class labeled “Live Foundations Zoom – Gate City Striders.” Register via the signup button. A zoom link will be sent out 15 minutes prior to class.
