Have you wanted to join Gate City or try one of their group runs? Or maybe you are a member but the thought of joining a group run and not knowing anyone or getting lost along the way worries you? Come join us at the Pennichuck School (207 Manchester St, Nashua) on November 20th for a guided Pennichuck run! We will have guides who can run with you and help you meet some new friends. We’ll also have both the standard 5 mile option plus a 3 mile option if you wanted to do less. (Maps will be posted in the event before the run) After, come by the 99 (10 St Laurent St, Nashua, NH – where Amherst St/101a meets the highway at exit 7) for an informal social where you can meet some GCS members.

Please bring a headlamp and appropriate reflective clothing. We want to make sure all the cars on the road can see you! The run will leave promptly at 6pm so be there early. We’ll match up new-to-the-course runners with the following guides:
Emmet: 8 minute pace
Kate: 8:45
Beth: 9:30
Lea: 10:15
Diane: 11+
