Yoga at Track!

Yoga at Track with Lori returns 7/27! Join Lori and fellow GCSers around 6:40PM after the track workout for a great stretch, core work, and some runner focused yoga. Free to all members. Bring a yoga mat or towel if you have one but Lori usually has extras on hand as well. Even if you didn’t run track, you’re welcome to join for yoga!
