9 Weeks of Training
This nine-week program will bring you from walking, to running to completing a 5K. The program consists of three workouts per week with coached Wednesday night workouts.
The program is managed by long-time Gate City Striders member, Hall of Fame runner and coach, George LeCours, and expertly instructed by Striders staff.
