Couch to 5K Training Program

The Program

9 Weeks of Training

This nine-week program will bring you from walking, to running to completing a 5K.  The program consists of three workouts per week with coached Wednesday night workouts.

Expert Coaching

The program is managed by long-time Gate City Striders member, Hall of Fame runner and coach, George LeCours, and expertly instructed by Striders staff.

On April 11th meet at Fleet Feet Sports, 4 Coliseum Avenue, Nashua.

All subsequent sessions meet at the track at Nashua High School South, 36 Riverside Street, Nashua.
