While we came up just a point short of winning Mill Cities this year, I’m damn proud of everyone who took part. Heard from many of you out on the course that you beat what you thought you were going to run on Sunday. Nice work! The next streak starts in 2020!

  • Congrats to all of the PAL Runners! According to Tom, Nashua PAL Striders advanced more runners on to the regionals than all but two clubs in our association had signed up in total. Proving once again that we are the strongest club in the association and one of the strongest in the country! Great work!!

The 21st Annual Novemberfest Race, Raffle, and Party will be held on THIS SUNDAY November 24, 2019 at 11:33 am at Martha’s Exchange and Brewery. Valuable raffle prizes include ski lift tickets to Mt. Sunapee, jewelry from Cardin Jewelers, gift certificates from Fleet Feet Nashua and Goodales Bike Shop, golf equipment from Tulley BMW, mystery door prizes, and much more. Runners will also receive 2 draft beers, thanks to Martha’s Exchange, by making a small donation to the Nashua Children’s Home. Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in 10-year age groups and special prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.Don’t miss out on the fun. The Gate City Striders historically receives a number of Boston Marathon entries from the BAA which entitle you to run the most famous marathon in the world without having to qualify! We have revamped our selection process and invite all club members to apply. Applicants will be evaluated on four major categories, including volunteering, participation, racing, and being a leader in the club. We had another Sea of Red on Sunday at the Granite State 10 Miler! Such a strong showing. Overheard one person early in the race commenting that there were “A lot of you in red” out there.. I’m still waiting for the results to be updated with the team scores to see how we ended up doing. But lots of great performances on a tough course! (I’m not sure I want to see that hill at mile 5.5 again anytime soon

Congrats also to everyone who raced Lone Gull 10k (NEGP) on Sunday! Every Runner Counts, Every Point Counts!
