Looking to increase your speed? Come join the Gate City Striders spring track sessions.
Coached workouts for all fitness levels at the Nashua High School South Track. Every Wednesday at 6pm (please arrive 10 minutes early to warm-up and for announcements) starting April 17th. The sessions run all spring, through the summer (with a break in July), and end in early fall.
You must be a Gate City Strider member to take part in these coached workouts.
