Here are this week’s track announcements
This week’s kudos go out to Deb Reads who PR’d at Cinco de Miles last weekend! Congrats! If you or anyone you know has run a PR or had a significant accomplishment, please let me know!

Gate City Marathon needs a few more volunteers in two spots:
– 2-3 more people to help make sandwiches for the race at 10pm Friday night at Peddlers Daughter.
– 1 more person to help on Saturday afternoon at approximately 1pm to load a truck from the shed
Please let me know if you are interested.

On top of our very generous race reimbursement plan (http://gatecity.org/race-reimbursement-program/), volunteering and being active in the club can help make you eligible to earn one of the bypass numbers the club usually gets each year to run the Boston Marathon. We have plenty of programs in need of volunteers in the near future.
Take care and see you on the roads!
