Indoor/Virtual Track
Sadly we can’t have our usual indoor track workouts this year due to Covid, but we will still be posting them for you to do on your own. Track workouts will start the first week in January. Stay tuned to the FB Discussion Group for workout info from our coaching team. Let’s stay motivated!https://www.gatecity.org/2021-indoor-track-workouts/

Let’s Run All the Roads Nashua Challenge!
Starts January 1, 2021. Johanna Lisle Newbold is putting together a challenge to run every road in the city as a club. She printed out a map of the city so that she can mark off roads as we run them.If you want to join in all I need is:1) Email Me: johanna.newbold@gmail.com with the subject: GCS RUN NASHUA2) include the link(strava, garmin, etc) to your run so that I can zoom in and see the roads you ran. Screenshots may not be large enough for the detail I need. Keep an eye in the discussion group for map updates!

As 2020 comes to a close, I want to wish each and every one of you a safe and happy 2021. Here’s to a return to our normal activities. A return to the track and ice cream nights, a return to group runs and racing, and a return to normalcy.

Stay safe and have a Happy New Year

See you on the roads,
